We would like to begin by acknowledging that we are in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship”.

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

Our Sacred Teaching for April is “Honesty ”
Honesty is from within and is not to be confused with truth.There can only be honesty if one is to survive.

This is Week 1 Today is Monday, April 15

Set Painting for the dessert theatre will continue after school. Students who are interested in helping to paint should meet MsOldford in the library at the end of the school day. We will continue painting after school everyday this week.

The first track and field practice will be on Tuesday from 2:40 until 4 for all athletes interested.

Ms. Treena is absent today.

The debit machine is down in the cafeteria and they will not be able to process any debit transactions.

The sign up link for students in grade 7 and 8 interested in trying out for the school kinball team is now live on our athletics website.  The first tryout will be Monday, April 22 from 3pm -4:20.
